CIRCULAR                                      

            1.        Fresh ID cards valid upto 31.12.2007 are to be issued in place of the ID cards, the validity of which is extended upto 30.6.2007 in the computer system. Accordingly, the users are requested to appear for new photo session as per programme detailed in(Annexure-I). The users are requested to retain the existing ID cards as the fresh ID cards will be issued only on  surrendering the old ID cards.

            2.         Users will furnish  the details of the name of the person, designation , existing ID card number and the entry fee payment details  for the year 2007in the format enclosed vide Annexure-II. (copy of the receipt of payment to be enclosed) The list may be submitted to WS/ISO on or before 11.05.07 for further processing. The users are requested to give one consolidated list of names to avoid delay and confusion for issuing the new permits.   

            3.         The temporary ID cards for persons and vehicles will be issued as usual at the pass section on payment of entry fee and on production of valid certificates  as per existing procedure.

            4.         Those who obtained the  ID cards  valid up to 30.06.07 will get  fresh ID cards valid upto 31.12.2007 on expiry  of validity of the ID card on  hand  and on payment  of entry fee in the  Pass Section itself.

            5.         The users will furnish the required Antecedent Verification Certificate obtained from  Police  seperately and the same will not be insisted on while taking photo for issue of fresh ID card.
