Note:
| i) | The rate prescibed shall be applicable with effect from 1 July 2002 and will be reviewed after five years. |
| ii) |
The lease rent shall bear an escaltion @ 5% (compoundable) per annum for the period 1 July 2003 to 30 June 2004. Thereafter, the rate shall be escalated by 2% per annum till such time the rate is revised with the approval of the competant authority. |
| iii) | The other conditions governing the lease rental shall be as per the guidelines issued by the (then) Ministry of shipping in March 2004, as may be amended from time to time. |
